24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR APPOINTMENTS

Your appointment is very important to us

Your appointment is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request  24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that slot, and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

CANCELLATION FEES

A cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give at least 24 hours’ notice.

– Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

– ‘No shows’ will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.  

– For appointments made within the 24 hour period, if you cannot make your appointment, please cancel within 4 hours of your appointment time.  Failure to do so will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

The cancellation policy gives me the time to inform our standby guests of any availability and keeps our team members schedules filled.  Our aim is to provide you with an excellent level of service and our policies help me to achieve this.  Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies criteria.

PATCh Test

Patch testing is a quick and simple procedure that involves applying a small amount of the product we will be using behind your ear or on your wrist.   You will have to wait 48 hours after the test to get your treatment, to check for any signs of allergic reactions.   This can include redness, itchiness or swelling.

Patch Testing Requirements

a patch test is required for all clients who book in with us for the first time for the following treatments:

• Lash or Brow Tinting
• Lash Extensions ( if you have done lashes extension no less than 6 months before – the patch test is not required)
